This time I will also share the
Design Calculation of the Pressure Drop Air Line, for selection of Compressor
Air models (Requirment Compressor Air).
In this article I will give an
example of calculating the manual, not using software but using Excel that I
have created. Please later download Excel and fill in all the data written in
red only, and everything is automatically calculated and the results also
appear.
For example in this calculation I
use Project based data that I have worked on (Kawasaki Gas Turbine complete
with HRSG BOILER.
Because of the project, I need an
Air Instrument (for all Pneumatic Cintrol Valve) and Water Seal (for Purging
and Staratup Gas Turbines).
So Please Read the Steap by Steap :
1. This Drawing in the below, example conversion from m3/h to Nm3/h :
2. Please input your data in the column (Block Red Color) :

(for Viscosity table you can see in the side right complate with Reynold Number
for input data in the coolumn Friction), input requirment pressure GasTurbin and data Press. Drop in Filter.
